I am 23 years old, and I have been watching my mom cook and cooking my whole life. I am an excellent improvosational chef and I cook by taste. I work in logistics and truely missed my calling, but there may still be time. I love seafood! Absoulutely my favorite thing to cook, it doesnt take much time and the different sauces you can incorporate to make the food pop are so interesting. My mom is the queen of empty-out-the-fridge casseroles. Sometimes, I'll just pop by when she is doing this and eat heartily. ;) I would say my greatest triumph was when I prepared a 3 course gourmet meal for my parents and grandparents. Made me feel amazing to be able to do that for them. Haven't really had one per se, I guess the worst would be when I added milk to a sauce that had lemon juice in it. What was I thinking?
