Delicious! I used extra viirgin olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and forgot to add flour to the streusel mix and it was still delicous!

Very good, I didn't bother with a foodmill, I just put it all in the blender. Also added carrot instead of the sugar, and one potato to thicken so I could skip the ruox step. (I'm very lazy).

I love this soup! I always double the recipie. I add a little chopped sausage or ground turkey and minced carrots & spinach to step 1. I use a little less pasta and more veggies than the recipie calls for. I've had to use different beans when out of cannellini beans, & it doesn't matter, this is such a delicious soup! One of my favorite!
