World's Best Pasta Sauce!
Made this sauce first time, I didn't have all the ingredients, so I skipped fennel seed and instead of italian sausage I used ground beef. I also added about 1oz of red wine. The sauce is just great, I am sure once it seats for a little bit it will be even better. I made a lot of it, so after dinner I will make lasagna with the rest and freeze it for next time.

Summer Corn Salad
Great salad! My husband is a picky eater, but he loved this salad. I made this dish a few times, it is always great and refreshing. I also changed it up a little,I use frozen corn and leave tomatoes and basil out and add kidney beans instead. You can mix pretty much anything you have in the pantry as long as you use corn and the dressing as base. Great recipe!

Basic Chicken Salad
Easy and quick! I wanted a quick lunch, but had not much in my fridge, so found this recipe for the basic chicken salad and made it mine! Just added 1/2 apple, some garlic powder, paprika powder, ground caraway and mustard seed. And of course fresh parsley, cilantro and green onion. So much about basic.. :)) Well it turned out great!!
