Love to create and, most importantly, EAT. My beautiful wife puts up with my attempts (some of them are quite good), even helps clean up (okay, I help her - sometimes). Love to hike and explore and I always take the time to look for the lost, see the hidden, and make something out of nothing. Love to bake. Wish I could perfect the souffle'. Desserts would probably top the list, bread next (love the bread). Beans and rice. Low budget meals are so much fun. This is where my creativity comes to play.
