I love baking desserts, putting together one-of-a-kind dishesgathered from whatever is in my kitchen at the time, finding new food combinations, and working with poultry.

My grandmother used to come and visit us and I remember making spetzle and kringles with her....

every time I put together a dish out of nothing that I ove so much I repeat it.....=)
My cooking tragedies
once when I was about 12, I tried to make chocolate cookies and acidentally used cornbread instead of flour, my brother loved them...heehee

Beef Caldo with Spinach
I added portebella mushrooms and took out the tomato paste(only cuz I had none). Also added a grill herb mix instead of just the oregano and it turned out amazing!!!!!!! has this deep fresh earthy taste and smell
