This was really great, I left out the kidney beans and basil because my family doesn't like them and I didn't have any tofu but it came out just wonderful, my 3 year old daughter and I kept going back and picking at it after dinner. Next time I will try it with the tofu. Thanks Tigrgrrl!

This meatloaf was really good. The only change I made was I doubled the ketchup and I had my brother and his family over and they love mushrooms (as does my family), so I added chopped baby portobello mushrooms. Everyone loved this meatloaf, I wish I had doubled the amount, it was gone so quick! Thanks so much Janet!

This dish was pretty good, but let me start off saying that I did not have a cream of chicken so I used 2 cream of mushrooms and I added a can of mushrooms, and it pretty much tasted like a baked stroganoff with corn. Which is not a bad thing, we love stroganoff in our house, but next time I will definately try it with the cream of chicken.
