Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
I loved this dish, i subsituted cube steak for the sirloin-then I added 2 diced carrots, minced garlic,dash of Worcestershire Sauce and 1tbls of cornstarch in broth to the crock pot followed the rest of the receipe to the letter before i cooked it on low for 8hrs or so, then served it on rice that was cooked in beef broth. I will make this again!
