Green Onion Wraps
I have made a variation of this for years, and always a big hit. Usually use a dried beef, but the big secret is to add ranch dressing powder to the cream cheese for a wonderful boost! It can be a bit messy, but once you get the knack it's not a bad process.

Grilled Salmon II
Excellent and very flavorful. I did not have ginger or sesame on hand, but did have the sesame ginger marinaide made by Lawry's. It worked very well. Also did not have peanut oil, veggie oil worked just fine as a substitute.
