I have always loved to cook! It is one of my favorite hobbies. I have a one year old son I absolutely adore! He is the best thing that ever happened to me. I love one pot dishes. I hate using numerous pans or bowls for one meal. Anything quick and easy is the best! Deffinetly Christmas Eve appetizers. We all get together and instead of having dinner.. we have TONS of appetizers to snack on. We like wine too. ;o) My own enchilada recipe. I was so proud of myself for creating it. Everytime I fix it I LOVE the rave reviews. I HATE baking. I tried to make cookies and was short of flour. They ended up melting off the sheet pan onto the bottom of the oven. The oil caught on fire... it was scary. The house didn't burn down though..
