Neiman Marcus Cake II
Seriously, this was fantastic! We teachers make lunch once a week and I brought this cake.....I have never heard such a response from everyone!

Quinoa and Black Beans
I have to say this is a real "keeper" Healthy AND delicious at the same time! My husband even loved it and he is a total carnivore. Thanks so much and please.....more recipes like this!
