Coq Au Vin, My Way
It does say Coq au vin " MY WAY". So I wasn't expecting a traditional recipe. That doesn't mean it's not good. It was fantastic! Best part about it is that my kids have celiac disease, and this is gluten free. No evil wheat flour. Awesome. Five stars for something tasty that we all can eat. Nice job.
