Crustless Bacon and Cheese Quiche
My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. Instead of cooking bacon I added bacon bits instead and it made the cooking process faster. It's a very versatile recipe so you can change it up if you don't have want it calls for. We LOVE it!

Cottage Meatloaf
This was my first time ever making meatloaf and I thought it came out quite well. I made it for my husband and his boss and they both said it was very good! I used worcestshire instead of tomato juice like others suggested. I will be making it again!

Hamburger Muffins
This recipe is really good, my husband loves meatloaf and I really don't care for it but this was really good and different. Instead of cream of mushroom soup I used a can of diced tomatoes to make it a little bit healther.
