Spicy Brussels Sprouts and Carrots
This was phenomenal, I wasn't sure about the ingredients at first but they really married well. I love how the bitter delicious taste of the brussels sprouts is enhanced rather than masked by the mayo and horseradish. The texture is awesome. I can't wait to make this again.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas
This is a delicious recipe, especially for being relatively simple. As a veggie lover, I added bell peppers, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots which worked well. Quality meat and making sure the snow peas still have a crunch are key.

Arugula, Fennel, and Orange Salad
This salad is very delicate and light, the not-too-sweet dressing brings the flavors together nicely.
