About this Cook
I love to bake, i like to make very hight fat decadent things into guilt-less pleasures. Everything I make will have the calories cut in half with all the flavour and texture we all love. I started baking this way after i lost about 20 Ibs. It was hard to try and give up baking or even slow down beacuse of my new healthy diet. But it was easy once i learned how to subtitute fat and what ingredients do what in a recipe.
My favorite things to cook
Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Rice Soup, Jerk Chicken Salad, Moussaka, Spanakopita, Apple Crisp, Banana Bread, And Muffins.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making plenty of variations to recipes, adding personal flair, making the recipe our own, everyone in my family who bakes uses the recipe as simply an idea, then the creativity flows.
My cooking triumphs
i created the best ooey, gooey, sweet, fudgey, chocolaty, brownies ever! for only 52 calories each, they were amazing and guilt free.
My cooking tragedies
when i first started baking i simply removed and ingredient from the recipe that i didnt want, instead of substititing,

Apple Pie Muffins
This recipie was amazing!! I used it in a bake sale that I was having for charity. Though there were many other items, this item was the best seller!! (and the most expensive item too)My family couldn't get enough of them either! They turned out just great!I used the topping as a filling as well as a topping, which was a good idea (anyone who likes these should try it, although you have to mix another batch of topping). And as most people say, you don't have to change a thing on the recipie! They turn out perfect! Not too much or too little of anything. Perfect!
