Nutty Apple Crisp
I used pecans instead with Cortland and McIntosh apples. My husband loved it. Better than the pan crisps as the deeper dish provides more apple.

Zucchini Frittata
It was delicious with Swiss cheese on top and so easy to make.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
It was so incredibly easy and it came out with crispy, golden brown top with all the blueberries bubbly and juicy underneath. My husband said it ranked up there with his mother's blueberry pie!
