Indian Chicken Curry II
This was pretty good. Not to-die-for, but it was a nice meal and a lot cheaper than dining out. I used a full can of light coconut milk, 1/4 of curry (will try using more next time), greek yogurt, and then tossed in two cups of fresh, chopped spinach about ten minutes before it was done simmering.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Perfection. I followed the directions to the T. I used a Carolina bbq sauce. It was a little too sweet and thick so I added a lot of white vinegar. Paired it with Restaurant Style Coleslaw I, and it was a huge hit. Made enough for about 8 sandwiches-- would be a great potluck dish to make!

Cranberry Sauce
I embarassed that I ever bought canned cranberry juice. Made it just as the recipe called for. Might do 1/2 OJ and 1/2 water next time, and I cooked it for maybe 15 minutes for a thicker sauce as suggested in other reviews. I made it ahead of time for Thanksgiving, so put it in the freezer until then. Never again will I buy the canned stuff.
