Oat Waffles
This is one of the best waffle recipes I've ever tried. They remind me of the kind my grandma used to make- crisp on the outside and airy on the inside. Truly delicious. I ran out of oil & used 2 melted TBS of Smart Balance Spread. Gave a nice buttery taste

Easy Granola Bars
Easy to make and can be altered with so many different ingrediants. My daughter made them and omitted the butter and they were excellant, and I love that there is no added sugar. Its a huge hit with the whole family.
