Butterscotch Bread Pudding
I don't even like bread pudding and I LOVED this. I did use 2 cups of half and half and 2 cups of milk. This recipe is delicious and got rave reviews. I also cut the amount of brown sugar to about half, its very rich with even 1 1/2 cups.
