I am 23 living in Houston, Tx loving to cook and have a passion and a drive to create. Going to school for pre-med and also working two full time jobs. I love baking more than anything such as cheesecakes but also love creating asian and italian influenced dishes. My family really didn't cook together, the only cook in the family was my grandmother and I remember always baking cookies with her when I was younger and that is where I started loving food and cooking. Now I love having someone in the kitchen with me that I am close to for its not only a time to make yummo food but also a bonding and a time to create together and collabarate. I have mastered making cheesecakes that are said to be better than Cheesecake factory according to my family and friends. The first time i made home made frosting it ended up turning into hardened like sticky candy rather than frosting because i let it set to long on the stove when i was younger
