Oven Fried Chicken III
Excellent. It turned out a bit soggy for me, but I'm not so hot at the cooking thing yet. I added cumin and a dash of chili powder to give it a bit of added flavor, as well as used ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs. Also, I did what a lot of people recommended, and put in some milk with the mayo. The flavor was absolutely awesome. Wasn't super crispy, and the breading sort of fell off, but I think I attribute that to operator error.
