The Best Lemon Bars
As a lemon-aholic I have been looking for the perfect lemon bar recipe and have tried a dozen+ recipes and this recipe is by far the best I've ever had!!! I did as other said and used a 8x11 pan and they were perfectly thick and the filling was amazing. I did a couple of things to kick up the lemon flavor: 1) zested the lemons and infused the sugar with the lemon flavor of the zest by rubbing the sugar and zest between my fingers 2) added some zest to the crust mixture. Definitely a keeper - thanks!
