Chicken Enchiladas V
My family was OK with this, but the green chiles were too strong for their taste. I would consider another option for adding some pizazz for taste

Satiny Chocolate Glaze
This was extremely tasty and so simple. My daugher loved this with the "Too much chocolate cake". The two recipes compliment each other. I will be taking this to work, and can't wait to see the reaction.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Wow! This was the best cake ever. I used a 9x13 pan and 1/2 cup oil and 1/4 cup applesause. Baked for the time used for a regular cake and it was perfect. This tops my mother-in-laws awesome chocolate cake, and i didn't think that was possible. This was a HUGE hit with my boss. This is a keeper.
