High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Has potential. The biggest thing is not knowing how its cooking. I have an old stove so it did not hold the heat. I think I will try it again but leave the stove on around 200 like some others have said. We did have to use the microwave to get it done but it did taste good.
