Rosemary Chicken Couscous Salad
Great for a hot summer night. I used 1/2 cup oil instead of 3/4, which worked out wonderfully. I also used black olives because that's all I had. Would make again!

Crispy Chicken Parmesan
Very easy, but I wasn't a huge fan. I found it to be kind of tasteless. I may try again with more seasonings. Will continue searching for a better chicken parm recipe, though.

Sesame Green Beans
I may cut back on the amount of oil used next time. I also think I may have let them cook too long because they were a bit soggy. Will try again because they were delicious otherwise!
