Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
This was very good. The bread crumb cheese mixture made way too much and I didn't want to throw it away so I peeled and diced some potatoes, added some sauteed onion, butter and the bread crumb cheese mixture and baked until they were tender. It complemented the chicken very well! My husband LOVED the chicken!
