Spinach Tomato Tortellini
This was delicious! I did use skim milk and added a little extra flour to thicken it to cut back on the fat, and I also added heaps more spinach and added it right at the end so that it wasn't soggy. Other than that I thought the recipe was perfect. I loved the combination of tomatoes and the creaminess. Might try some mushrooms in it as well next time too
