My favorite things to cook
I like to use chicken, pork and beef. I have many recipes in my head ( nothing written down, I would just lose it anyways) that I have created. I try to keep it simple but exciting at the same time.

My cooking triumphs
the tuscan pork loin that I had prepared for a dinner of 4. It came out perfect along with all the sides that I also prepared. rave reviews
My cooking tragedies
when I first got married in 1969, I tried making stuffing for the Thanksgiving Turkey....it came out like white and brown paste? It was a down right tragedy...lol
