I personally did not care for these, but they were a hit with my guests. Added cheese, but like other reviewers, could not taste it. I'll probably make these again -- I just won't eat them. I guess I prefer the plain old deviled eggs. Regardless, thanks for the recipe!

Great recipe! However, we used fresh cayenne pepper and it was SPICY! I'd definitely use less next time. Otherwise, it's a keeper!

Excellent recipe! We added the taco seasoning to the cream cheese/sour cream mixture instead of the beans. Also, instead of adding salsa, we added chopped cilantro to the tomato/green pepper mixture. When counting the layers on the end, we realized that we'd forgotten the cheese layer. It certainly was not missed! We made a double recipe and both pans were empty by the end of the night!
