I absolutely love this dip!!! I think the shredded chicken really makes it. I have made the full recipe and it was devoured by 5 people. But sometimes when I am craving it I will just make a smaller version and melt it in the microwave. I don't use the black beans or taco seasoning and if I don't have sour cream I just use a little milk to make it more liquidy. I do add a block of cream cheese to make it extra cheesy.

Made these for my co-worker who loves snickerdoodles he ate 6 of them in an hour. Big Hit at work! Great Recipe!
