Tortilla Soup II

I read reviews for this recipe but in all honesty it really lacked flavor. I would have roasted the chicken on the grill first. Did add corn and garden chilis for zip.

Thai Peanut Chicken

Much too salty and followed recipe. Sauce is like mud.Horrible flavor no one liked it. I have cooked similar style recipes and they are much better. Recipe needs adjustment for flavor and salt.
