Cinnamon Rolls II
Needed and extra 1.5 cups of flour (even though I used a stand mixer). Dough was sticky, as mentioned, but firmed up while rising. I let dough rise for 2-3 hours before rolling out, then put in fridge overnight. Let rise again for 1-2 hours before putting in oven. Agree with 8oz cream cheese in frosting.

Holiday Brie en Croute
made this for book club after a full day of work, and everyone thought I must have stayed home all day to make it! SO EASY and good!
