Moist Carrot Cake
I printed this recipe off on 12/17/2007 and have made it several times for work. It is usally gone before noon!! Everyone loves it. I do at times substitute ingredients such as applesauce for oil, eggbeaters for eggs, and splenda for the sugar. It still taste great!! Thanks for sharing!!
