First time making this. Loved it. There are shortcuts to this but I have one of those chop wizards and that saves time. Everyone should have one. I did by the wrong cottage cheese. It had pineapple in it but it sure made the lasagna taste good. I know the directions do not say how many layers but if you ever made lasagna before, it is put together the same way. I agree they could of been more specific. Otherwise, great meal!!!
