I made this last night and everyone absolutely loved it. I didnt put in the onion, but it still turned out great! I also added about a cup more of the halved grapes.

I made this last night, and it was the best meal that I have had in a LONG time! I loved everything about it. I cut the recipe in half since I was only feeding 3 people, and still had plenty of leftovers, which we love. I added scallops in the end with the shrimp, and everything cooked evenly! I will definitely be giving this recipe out.
