I also love to make jewellery - bead weaving, wire wrapping, pearl knotting and the like. Right now, I'm gathering the materials to learn to do Kumihimo (Japananese braiding). Desserts, desserts and more desserts - but I don't all make them all that often, because I also love to EAT desserts, desserts and more desserts.... French Chocolate Cake for birthdays (by popular request), Denver Chocolate Pudding fresh from the oven (ideal fall comfort food), Turducken (prepared by my husband and cooked by me) at Christmas, with an old family stuffing recipe from my Mom. My cooking doesn't always look picture-perfect, but it generally tastes pretty good. My adult children always groan when I say, "I'm sorry, it looks a little..." and they've taken to telling me that I say that all the time and it's always stupendous. I've decided to believe them. Completely expunged from my memory banks. (LOL)
