Pizza Dough I
I did do the proofing of the yeast like the yeast package and others here suggested... also added some garlic and onion powder to the dry ingredients. Let the dough rise about 30 mins, punched down and spread into a 9x13 greased dish, baked for 5 minutes, then put all the ingredients and baked for 20 mins. Used the BBQ Chicken recipe on this site and this was DELISH! Thick deep-dish crust, could have easily made 2 thin to medium thickness crust. Will definitely make this again!

Bubba's Best BBQ Sauce
DELICIOUS! We used this for pulled pork sandwiches and also put on hamburgers... loved it and will make again.

Cuban Picadillo
I have been trying new international dishes for my family... I tweaked this recipe like others and it was a hit. I made the "sofrito" as others commented first and left out the cilantro... also, I halved the entire recipe. Halving this recipe still made way more than enough for 4 adults and we had leftovers. I also let this simmer for about an hour in order to let the flavors marry... used less olives (about 6 ounces) and golden raisins.
