I made this tonight and it was a hit. I didn't have any garlic so I skipped that and they still tasted good. I'm pumped to try them again later with the garlic, too.

Excellent recipe! The three ways I hacked it were to add 1/4 cup chopped onion, half sour cream/half mayo, and then I sprinkled paprika on top. It looked great. Oh and I used frozen chicken (defrosted in the micro) and that worked out too. Will definitely be adding this one to the Rolodex. Oh and my husband said he loved it more than spinach and artichoke dip!

I made this tonight and my husband loved it! I made it in the crockpot so I wouldn't have to keep an eye on it. Turned out great. Very savory. I'm a fan!
