My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Christmas we make a Happy Birthday Cake to Jesus. It has 4 layers,one for the brown race,white race,oriental race,and pink for Indian race. All iced with pure white icing representing Jesus love binding all together, On top we put a bed of toasted coconut with a baby Jesus laying in it. We sing Happy Birthday to Jesus every year.
