Sweet Pretzel Nuggets
I have been making these for several years now. Often! Family and coworkers can't get enough of them. How funny to read all my same sentiments in the reviews. I, too, make them for bake sales and gifts, and they are also known as MY famous pretzels. And just like everyone else, I don't want anyone knowing how easy they are to make! I've used nuggets and have found that the cheaper they are, the better they taste. I think they're not as dense and soak up the flavor more. Twists work just as well, and may even be tastier, but I cut the last minute off the cooking time. Try these... they'll become YOUR famous pretzels, too!

Wonderful Banana Cake
Can't wait to try this recipe the way it's written, but the bananas had to go and the only cake mix I had was a Betty Crocker Cinnamon Swirl. I decided it was worth a try. Didn't want the prominent flavor to be cinnamon, so I only used half of the enclosed packet of cinnamon. Only other thing I changed was preheating my oven. Baked at 350 for 40 min. Incredible!! Really needs no frosting. I just love a recipe that's quick, easy and yummy! Thanks, Carolyn!

Corn Dog Muffins
Decided to make a half a batch (Why?? We just wanted more!), but I accidentally added the full cup of cheese. Glad I did. They were great! I'll make the same mistake next time! Also, I cut up the hot dogs in half slices, and stirred them right into the batter. A half lb. worked well for the half recipe, even though I'll probably never make a HALF again! File this one under "Fun Food"!
