I am always looking for something new to cook and this one was great. The balsamic and honey tasted so much better than I imagined. Only change would be to maybe use feta cheese or a milder cheese. I do not care for goat cheese. That's all I could taste in the stuffing. And don't bother using a food processor, I minced my mushrooms myself and they were perfect. This recipe was easy to make. I even ate the leftover breast and I never eat left over chicken.

I really liked this recipe. I try to have a meatless meal at least once a week and this was perfect. Only change I would make is to use half butter half olive oil. Don't get me wrong, I love my olive oil but, when eating the leftovers they were a little bland. I think adding the butter would help. I will make this recipe again.

I have been making this cake for about 25 yrs..You can't find a better tasting chocolate cake. It is so moist it's almost impossible to over bake. My only tip is to just dump everything into your bowl in the recipe order and beat until smooth (it won't take long). Batter will be thin as stated. If you are a true chocoholic like me, frost with chocolate frosting (I use the chocolate frosting recipe on the Hershey's cocoa can). If not, use a vanilla or buttercream frosting. A touch of coffee added to any frosting will really bring out the coffee flavor but, won't overpower the overall taste. I love this recipe and I am sure you will too.
