Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
too fluffy and cake like. i don't know if i did something wrong, but i followed the recipe to a T and am pretty experienced with baking and these just didn't hit it with myself or my hubbie.

Pizza Dough I
i have made several pizza doughs and i found this one to be very thick and tough though i hardly mixed it at all. we ate the pizza but won't be making this one again.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
these are great! i put in nearly an entire pound of chopped up crisped bacon and doubled the cheese. upon another tip, i brushed with the butter mix 3 minutes before they were to be done and continued baking. that made them melt in your mouth divine!
