College student...not enough time, but I love to bake, and recently started to love cooking too :). Cakes (from scratch!), Dutch Apple or Chocolate Cream Pie, and anything with eggplant! My mom and I always bake cupcakes for Halloween and hand them out to our trick-or-treaters. Every year we see who can find the best recipe for cupcakes, and we make them and share them with everyone. I have successfully gotten the most staunch carnivore I know to eat meatless food for the past 3 months...it's kind of awesome. Pie crust...I can NEVER manage to get it to come out just right, I have made at least 15 pie crusts in the last couple of months and none of them stay in the shape I want...one day I will overcome, I just want that day to come WAAAY sooner.
