Pearl Baked Cream Onions

These were ok but they we really sweet and they didn't absorb the cream so I had a cracker crust on top of pearl onion soup- maybe a little bit of flour would thicken it. If I were to make them again I might season the onions with some cayenne or chopped fresh garlic to make some spice to cut the sweetness because it really was too sweet.

These turned out great just like I remembered from when I was a kid. I forgot to put in the vanilla, butI can't say it makes a noticeable flavor difference.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

This was great. Make sure you use thick bioneless chops, my thin ones were so tender they completely fell apart and it was hard to visually defferentiate between the bone and the meat.

Garlic Pasta

I love garlic, but this is super garlicy. Only eat this if you will not be talking to someone else for a solid 24 hours because garlic breath doesn't begin to describe what you will have.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I made this exactly as the recipe said and it turnd out great. The only think i'll change next time is to chop the onion a little bit more coarsely because i feel like the flavor was a little bit lost. This made a great hearty soup on the nasty cold winter day we're having here in OH.

Four Cheese Macaroni Casserole

This turned out great! A lot of people commented about it not being creamy, but its not supposed to be- this isn't Kraft. I thinks its perfect just the way it is, although I might add frozen spinach next time for a little more health value.

This turned out great. I would however suggest only using white bread. I used the Homepride wheat bread that I always keep at home and it had a little too much texture for my taste.

Sauerkraut Soup II

This was delicious! My boyfriend is allergic to mushrooms so, borrowing off of what other reviewers said, I skipped the cream of mushroom soup and substituted a pound of chicken breasts and shredded them about an hour before serving. It turned out great and the sauerkraut flavor was not overwhelming at all!

Cola Pork Chops

These turned out great and were so easy! I followed some of the reviewers suggestions and seasoned the pork, coated it in flour and browned it before coating in the sauce and putting in the oven. Definitely a keeper.

Roasted Vidalia Onions

I don't know what I did wrong, but my butter all melted and the boullion cube was still almost completely intact inside the onion. I cooked 7mins longer than the instructions said because they still didn't seem done, but even then the inner layers were like eating raw onion. A great idea, but it definitely didn't work for me.

Lemon Garlic Hummus

Thia was my first attempt at hummus and now that i know how easy it is to make, i'm embarassed that i've been paying for it. Mine came out a little thin, but Ill just add the oil slowly next time until i get the consistency i like.

Peppy Provolone Slices

I'd love to say I thought these tasted great- but I made three of them and never got a slice!! Sounds like the seal of approval to me. I did serve them with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
