Like some other reviewers I found the sauce a bit strange, mom said it was the bay leaf. Overall it was good though and I might make it again.

This was good, but maybe a little simple. I threw in some garlic and red pepper flakes to add a little spice and topped it with parmesan cheese because my boyfriend and I are cheese freaks.

This is exceptionally good! The stuffing was great and I would use it to stuff other things, maybe peppers or even tomatoes. I used the inside of the onions as a simple side by slicing them up and throwing in some butter, salt and pepper. My boyfriend and his mom loved these too- she even aasked me for the recipe and took the leftovers home with her!!!
