Beef Stroganoff III

I have tried three other recipes so far for this and this is the best. I thought this recipe was simple and easy, time consuming, but easy.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I LOVE this recipe. It was a sleeper hit at gatherings. At first, only a few people tried it. Now it is a must "bring". Even the kiddos like it. I buy the chips at Trader Joes.

Mmmm, comfort food. Reminds me of family parties. A great start to learning to make traditional dishes for my family. My husband and I are trying to accustom filipino dishes to our kids. Kinda hard when mommy and daddy don't know how to cook it and when we visit grandma she just takes us out to eat.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Great recipe. I shred my own cheeses but have used the powdery cheese stuff in the green shaker can, was fine. When I make this my family dips and tops everything with it, like baked chicken. A touch of good alfredo sauce makes it extra sinful.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Chicken Enchiladas II

These are a hit every single time I make them. I sub a mexican cheese blend instead of cheddar and mince fresh garlic. I also add more jalapenos for extra kick.
