By far the best recipe I have ever used. Ovens very, so I only cooked mine for 8 minutes using a heavy cookie sheet pan. Also let the cookies sit on the pan for 2 minutes before moving to a wire rack. I also divided the recipe after adding the chocolate chips and put 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans instead of walnuts and they were still excellent! I will have to say though the cookies with the pecans were the best. Thicker, chewy and gooier than just the chocolate chips!
