Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Took a bit longer to cook, about 15 minutes. Keep in mind that it does take at least a day for the flavors to come out, but when they do it is sooooo good and the texture is great.

Green Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette
I've been making this for many years for Christmas dinners. I do add a bit of sugar to the dressing and sprinkle some Craisins. Thank you for this recipe!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Sooooo easy. I added some carrots, potatoes and onions the last 2 hours while cooking on low and used some flour and water to thicken it. Hubby and daughter just loved it.
