This pie is simply amazing! I've never been a fan of eating plums off the tree because I'm not fond of the texture or the mess, but our plum tree yielded so many that they were going to waste! This recipe changed that! Thanks so much for such a creative pie!

Vegetarian Refried Beans

I didn't have time to cook the beans, so instead I used a can of refried beans and added some red peppers to the rest of the ingredients, and I must say that these beens were simply fantastic! I used them on top of the Authentic Huevos Rancheros recipe and it was so tasty! Thanks!

Authentic Huevos Rancheros

This recipe was fantastic! I used the recipe for Vegetarian Refried Beans, but instead of using pinto beans and making them myself, I used a can of refried beans to save time. I used red peppers instead of green and over all throughly enjoyed this recipe. Thanks!
