I am 55 years old, married for 38 years with one son, one daughter and son in law and together they have three little boys...ages 7, 4 and 20 months. My grandsons are my loves! I work full time, love to paint and haven't in years. Starting to walk due to high cholesterol. I mostly listen to the new Country music like all types of music...from classical to country...though not rap too much! LOL Turkey & chicken mostly...some beef and pork...low fat with lots of fresh veggies. Red, yellow, orange and green bell peppers, onions, yellow squash, zucchini, broccoli, tomatoes, cabbage, some potatoes, sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, corn and beans; red, kidney, navy, black, pinto, fresh green, lentil, great northern, lima both white and green and also blackeyed peas, field peas and I almost forgot carrots!! I like variety...I NEED variety! I love to make and eat soups!! Cornbread dressing for Thanksgiving is a must in our family! The low fat can go out the window for one day! Black-eyed peas and greens on News Years Day for Luck!! Grilling Hamburgers and Hot Dogs on the Fourth of July! Those are the must haves in our family.
