Playgroup Granola Bars
Excellent recipe! I used 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 canola oil and a 1/4 unsweetened applesauce, wheat flour and 1/2 wheat bran instead of the wheat germ. For fruit, I added about a 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries. They turned out great.

White Chocolate Cranberry Granola Bars
I love this recipe! I used pancake syrup instead of maple, skim milk instead of the evaporated and semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of the white and they came out wonderful. I took the advice of another reader and took the bars out of the oven after 10 minutes to press them down and I think that really helped them stay together. I will be making these again. Next time I might try adding pumpkin.

Zucchini Brownies
Great recipe! I followed it exactly, but I added about a 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Next time I will try applesauce instead of the oil so I don't feel so guilty eating so many! I've found that these are better the second day. I used a food processor to chop the zucchini to almost a pulp. It worked very well for this recipe.
